Many people have been diagnosed with asbestos disease who did not use the products themselves, but were around others who did. Many people have been exposed who did not even work in any type of construction trade. We have represented school employees (a teacher and a secretary) with mesothelioma caused by exposure to asbestos while they were at school.

We have also represented asbestos victims who were exposed to asbestos while performing home repairs of holes or cracks in drywall using products sold at local stores. Recently we represented a housewife who died from mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos from washing her husband’s work clothes.
